Hey guys!

First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to read about me. My name is Amanda and I’ve been a mental & physical health coach for several years; primarily teaching the importance of nutritional balance, movement, and overall wellness. For most of my life, however, my mindset could not be further away from these values. Several years ago, the thought of how much physical and emotional progress there was to come would have been inconceivable. I rarely felt confident inside my own skin and often lacked comfort in any clothing at all (unless covered up in a sweatshirt). I longed for the body many girls were so seemingly “lucky to be born with”.

I constantly compared myself to every girl I knew, primarily those seen on social media, which often triggered a multitude of deep-rooted emotional trauma. This negative mentality surrounding my physique, coupled with my poor relationship with food, continued to perpetuate for many years. It was not healthy, I was not happy, and I wanted to be anyone other than myself.

Not too longer after, I began to educate myself, and soon discovered a path to gain confidence and strength the proper way. I now look forward to moving my body, I don’t feel guilt eating intuitively, and I enjoy my rest days knowing it’s what my body not only requires to optimize at it’s best, but also knowing it’s what I deserve.
